Wellness Plans
Wellness Plans are an annual package that include routine care and services your pet will require over the course of the year. Various packages are available - some include a dental cleaning.
Wellness Plans have an annual membership fee of $34.95 and are paid in equal payments throughout the year. Payments are automatically debited from your credit card once monthly.
Wellness plans are accessed through our online webstore at www.myvetstore.ca/blackcreekanimal You receive a 10% discount on all products and services included in your selected package, as well as a 10% discount on other selected products. Additionally, you will receive a food loyalty card! When you purchase a bag of the recommended diet for your pet, we provide a second (small size) bag at no charge. Purchase 9 of the same size bags at the regular price and your 10th bag (of equal or smaller size) is FREE.
