Policies & Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, and ScratchPay.

Product Policies:

All medication must be pre-paid at the time of ordering and must be ordered at least 2 business days ahead of time. Compounded medications must be pre-paid and ordered 7-10 business days ahead of time. All other products (food, chews joint support etc.) must be pre-paid and ordered 3-5 days ahead of time

Products can be returned within 90 days of purchase providing it is still sealed in it's original packaging/box and is undamaged and in a condition that it can be resold.

Special order or compounded medications are not eligible for return or refund.

In the unusual situation in that a client has asked us to "set aside" products, it will be held for a maximum of one week before being returned to stock.

Appointment Policies:

Appointments or surgeries cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients who are 10 minutes or more late for their appointment will be rescheduled to another time and will be subject to a cancellation fee
